Audit report
Mighty Brokerage (Asia) Ltd employs third-party Certified Public Accountants to audit for the warehousing and account balances for every trading day. Relevant information can be obtained in the following table. In accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance Rules 571 H and 571 I, the Certified Public Accountant will audit whether the customer's trust funds have been deposited in a trust account set up by banks; and whether the trust securities have been deposited in the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Ltd or the other institution recognized by the Securities and Futures Ordinance in order to gives our customers more confidence on their asset.

Stock Segregated Account with Statement Service (SSA)
In order to provide customers with comprehensive and reliable financial guarantees, the Company will arrange for customers to apply「Stock Segregated Account with Statement Service」(“SSA”). This means the Mighty Brokerage (Asia) Ltd would act as Hong Kong Central Clearing and Settlement System for its customers, the customer accounts opens under the name of subsidiary accounts “Mighty Brokerage” for central clearing for customers, this provides customers with easy to verify the ownership of another way to record . Customers can be charged directly to the central issue of the settlement, activity statement in English and / or monthly statement. Activity statement shows the date of the stock transfer account activity statement is displayed statement on the date the account balances of all the shares (including any zero balance). Monthly fee of HK$20 and indicates an additional charge at $1 per each settlement.
Investor Compensation Fund
The stipulation sets up for investor compensation fund (“compensation fund”) under "Securities and Futures Ordinance" established on April 1, 2003. Compensation Fund was established is to protect any nationality issues caused financial loss to investors and/or if these default matters involving Hong Kong Stock Exchange-traded products between authorized financial institutions intermediaries, the investors allowed to claim the compensation through the brokerage company, and will be paid from the compensation fund to investors. The brokerage company is responsible to process for the investors related claim, which is set and regulated by the compensation fund.
