Fund Deposit / Withdrawal
Fund deposit
1. Customers may deposit funds through the following channels:
Bank transfer |
Customers may transfer funds to their fund accounts via Bank counters / ATM / Internet banking / Phone banking. Funds deposited before 16:00 of the current working day will be settled on the same day. |
Cheque Deposit |
Customers may send the cheque to us by post or in person at our office, or deposit the cheque directly to the designated bank. Generally it takes 1-2 working days. The fund will be deposited into the customer’s fund account once the cheque is cleared. |
Cash |
Customers may deposit cash into their fund accounts through ATM or bank counter. Fund deposited before 16:00 of the current working day will be settled at the same day. |
Remittance |
Customers may deposit funds by remittance or CHATS. The remittance or CHATS made on or before 16:00 at the current day will be settled at the same day. |
2. Customers may notify us through one of the following channels:
- Download and complete the “Fund Deposit Instruction” and submit the form by fax or mail
- Contact our Customer Service Representatives 2655 7011
- Submit the form in person
3. Customers may check the account balance after notification:
- Once Mighty brokerage (Asia) Ltd received and verified the notification about deposit transfer, customers can utilize the deposit immediately.
- If customers have encountered any problem on the fund deposit. Please contact our customer service representatives.

Fund withdrawal
1. Customers may submit withdrawal instruction through one of the following channels:
- Complete and send the “ “ via the online account
- Download and complete the “Fund Withdrawal Instruction” and submit the form by fax or mail
- Contact our Customer Service Representatives 2655 7011
- Submit the form in person
2. Fund withdrawal
Once Mighty Brokerage (Asia) Ltd received and verified the notification from the customer on fund withdrawal, customers may collect the fund in their account through the following ways:
- We can deposit the withdrawal amount into the customer’s designated account (takes 1 - 3 working days)
- Customers can pick up the cheque in person
